QR Code Generator

How It Works

• Select your QR code type from the four main options (URL, Text, Email, Phone)
• Enter your content in the input field - format changes based on selected type
• Choose your preferred size from 128px to 1024px
• Customize colors using the color pickers or hex values
• Click "Generate QR Code" to create your QR code instantly
• Download your QR code as PNG or SVG format

Supported QR Code Types

• URL: Link to websites, landing pages, or social media profiles
• Text: Plain text messages, quotes, or any information (supports multi-line text)
• Email: Creates a mailto link for easy email composition
• Phone: Direct phone number for instant calling (tel: link)

Note: SMS and WiFi QR codes are supported in the backend but not yet available in the interface.

Customization Options

• Size Selection: Choose from Small (128px), Medium (256px), Large (512px), or Extra Large (1024px)
• Color Customization: Set both QR code color and background color with color pickers or hex codes
• Download Formats: Save as PNG for web use or SVG for vector graphics and scalability
• Real-time Preview: See your QR code update instantly as you make changes

Best Practices

• Test Before Use: Always scan your QR code to ensure it works correctly
• Optimal Size: Use at least Medium (256px) for printed materials, Large for small prints
• High Contrast: Keep the default black-on-white or ensure sufficient contrast between colors
• Short URLs: Use URL shorteners for long web addresses to reduce QR complexity
• Clear Margins: Ensure sufficient white space around the QR code when using it
